Shipping
All of our items are handmade to order unless otherwise noted. Please allow time for your order to be created, painted, assembled, and packaged before shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the item. Oversized items may have a higher flat-rate shipping charge due to the size and packaging required to safely ship them.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Glen Burnie/Pasadena, Maryland area. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, many items are made specifically for each customer. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can help make it right.
If there is a problem with a non-custom item, please contact us before returning it so we can determine the best way to help.
