Handmade Products
All Testa’s Farmhouse Treasures products are handmade. Because each piece is individually cut, painted, and assembled, slight variations in wood grain, color, texture, placement, and finish may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of each piece and make every item unique.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you based on the details provided and agreed upon before production. Please review names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and other personalization carefully. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Payment
Payment is required before production begins on custom and personalized orders unless otherwise agreed upon. Orders will not be placed into production until payment has been received.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once design work or production has begun. Orders that have already been completed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Design Approval
When a design preview is provided, please review it carefully before approving it. Approval confirms that the design, wording, spelling, colors, and overall layout are acceptable. Changes requested after approval and production has begun may result in additional charges.
Colors & Screen Differences
do my best to accurately represent colors in photos and design previews. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, paint batches, and the natural characteristics of the wood.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping and local pickup options are available as shown at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the item, and oversized pieces may require additional shipping charges. Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted when their order is ready to arrange pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem with a non-custom item, please contact me before returning it so we can determine the best way to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. I’ll review the damage and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
Intellectual Property & Custom Designs
Designs, photographs, product images, and original artwork created by Testa’s Farmhouse Treasures may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission. Customizing a design for a customer does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or artwork.
